Herrljunga Elektriska AB is a municipally owned company with approximately 50 employees and a turnover of 130 MSEK. We operate within electrical and energy technology, urban grids, and district heating, as well as in our subsidiaries within electrical grid, water, and sewage operations in Herrljunga Municipality. In a jointly owned company, we own electricity production from hydro and wind power. We have been certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for 20 years.

We collaborate with the local high school within the Electricity and Energy program and participate in national research projects within energy systems and AI to secure our competence and meet increasingly advanced electricity usage among our customers.

We are looking for:

Automation Technician

We are looking for you who have experience in industrial electricity and automation and enjoy working independently and in a team. The position involves work with the design, upgrade, and installation of process and machine controls. You will work with electrical and automation solutions in production environments, where you contribute to ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.

Good knowledge in PLC programming, sensor systems, control and regulation technology, as well as industrial networks is required for the work. Experience with building automation, SCADA systems, and energy optimization is an asset.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a good understanding of industrial processes. You have a service-oriented working style and can communicate well with both colleagues and customers.

For the position, a minimum of driver's license class B is required.
